Catherine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA degree in Art Education and a minor in English. She recently moved back to this area from Wilmington, NC where she worked in the medical field for over twenty years. There, she began working with a medical/surgical group in the role of Clinical Manager. Later, she assumed the position of Practice Administrator and directed all operations for three offices, four doctors and thirty-plus employees.

In the position of New Business Manager at FIG, Catherine will utilize her business and managerial skills to supervise the team of dedicated professionals in the Life, LTC and Disability divisions. In her free time, Catherine enjoys the arts, reading and spending time with family, especially her granddaughter Ella.
