Chris began his career at FIG in August of 2000. He came to FIG from the home office of Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, Ohio. Chris graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the College of Human Ecology. He is a former member of the OSU chapters of SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business), the AMA (American Marketing Association) and the OSU Mountaineering Club. When not at work, Chris can typically be found spending time with his wife and two children exploring the mountains of North Carolina. Since joining FIG, Chris has built relationships with some of the industries top annuity producers. Chris feels that his main job as an annuity marketer is building relationships with his agents so that he can become an integral part of their business development process. Chris has found that he is able to help advisors develop their business and marketing plans as he acquires a strong understanding of the agent, their company, and the direction in which they desire their business to go. Chris tries to build a strong relationship with each agent that joins our FIG family.
