Erika Barnett graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her BSBA in Business Administration, concentration in Financial Management in 2006. Erika brings to FIG over 10 years of offering superior customer service and managerial experience. As a case manager her responsibilities include processing new business and expediting information to our agents. It is her responsibility to assist her team so their agents get the best service in the industry. She is a native of Huntersville, NC and continues to reside in the Lake Norman area. She enjoys spending time with and supporting her fiancé who works in law enforcement as well as belonging to the U.S. Army National Guard. On her free time she likes to read, draw, and loves watching sports.
