Jay, originally from Harrisonburg, Virginia, began his college education at the University of Mississippi studying Business with a minor in Marketing. He completed his education at the University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Management and graduating with honors. While living in El Paso, Jay studied Spanish extensively, and has traveled and conducted business throughout Mexico.
