John Voelker, FLMI, is an underwriting consultant with over 20 years of home office underwriting experience at major companies. This experience includes agency, brokerage, reinsurance, and disability underwriting with extensive work in the older age, large face amount, and sub-standard markets. He takes great pride in giving everything he has to get your client's their desired life insurance coverage at the best rates.

John is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, a licensed North Carolina life insurance agent, and a member of the Association of Home Office Underwriters, Carolina Underwriters Forum, Georgia Association of Home Office Underwriters and the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, where he was also a 4 year varsity baseball player and co-captain of the 1986 team. He resides in Mooresville, North Carolina, with his wife Carolyn and three children - Ricky, Andrew and Emma.
