Justin Faunce is an alumnus of Appalachian State University holding a degree in Business Management from the Walker College of Business with a minor in Finance. Throughout his time as an ASU Mountaineer, Justin was an active member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity as well as a dedicated student.

After graduating from college, Justin united with Financial Independence Group in 2000 as an Annuity Marketing Consultant and received his life and health licenses in North Carolina. Combined with his intense drive and dynamic personality, Justin began steadily growing his business to what it is today. Justin has become one of FIG’s top consultants by making it his personal goal to keep his agents motivated and ensuring that they have everything that they need to succeed during these unstable financial times.

Throughout the years that Justin has been providing unsurpassable service to some of the industry’s top advisors; he has developed strong relationships with many of the carriers.  Justin has been distinguished as a top ten marketer with several of these carriers, receiving countless awards and recognition for his outstanding performance.

Over his tenure here at FIG Justin has made it a priority to help educate others.  He has taken an active role in providing training to qualified producers to strengthen their overall understanding of product knowledge, software, and sales ideas through presentations and publications in FIG’s agent newsletter Connections. Being well versed in product knowledge has given Justin the opportunity to travel to different producer groups throughout the United States to discuss the implementation of annuity sales in their current practices.  In 2008 Justin was honored to speak in front FIG’s largest producer group with over 100 experienced agents on the competitive advantages of different annuity products.
