Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Karla graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Robert Morris University.  Karla joined the FIG team as a Contract Specialist, responsible for processing agent’s contracts in order for them to be appointed, as well as scheduling future follow ups.
