Kate grew up in Lynchburg Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2005.  Before joining FIG, she worked in the commercial property management industry and completed graduate coursework at UNCC.  As Office Assistant, Kate helps to facilitate the daily interoffice activities of FIG. In her free time Kate enjoys traveling, reading, painting and spending time with her husband Nathan.
