Kim has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. She fell into HR straight out of college by first working at the Employment Security Commission and has since enjoyed 15 years of Human Resource professional working experiences. Most recently, she worked for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, NC in their Human Resources Department. Kim plays a critical role in the support and customer service of her clients, our employees. She truly believes that our employees are the best asset a company can have and as such, wants every employee to feel support and guidance each day through her role.

Kim, her husband Larry and daughter Rachael, reside in the Lake Norman, NC area.
