Kira attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Biology. Prior to joining FIG, she worked for Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions, where she spent five years handling medical bills, acting as the liaison between insurance carriers, clients and hospital administration, thus ensuring accurate bills were issued to clients.

Her attention to detail skills are a benefit in her role as Life Case Manager. Throughout the day, Kira works with agents and insurance carriers. She processes new business accurately and handles all elements of a life case appropriately, resulting in quick case placements.  

When she is not at work, Kira enjoys spending time with her husband and friends.
