Lauren graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, concentrating in Graphic Design. As a Marketing Media Specialist, she designs materials for FIG's internal marketing needs including the website and marketing packets, as well as designing other marketing materials, agent newsletters, motivational events and public relations. Lauren enjoys working with agents to develop corporate identities by helping to create logos, business cards and letterheads.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, creating art, listening to music and going to concerts with her husband, James.
