Marion Hendren, Case Manager - Life Division

Marion attended the University of Central Florida and graduated in 2001 with her undergrad in Business, with a Minor in Marketing. Prior to joining FIG, she worked for another BGA in Boca Raton, FL, where she spent five years as a Case Manager with all new business, taking care of all of the placed policy services, handling commissions, and licensing and contracting.

In her role at FIG, she is responsible for processing new business applications, speaking with carriers to make sure that applications are processed in a timely fashion, and staying in contact with agents to give frequent updates. Her primary goal is to ensure that the entire process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, all while providing excellent customer service. During her free time, Marion spends time with her husband and boxer doing lots of outside activities.
