Shannon is a long time resident of Charlotte, NC. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Shannon currently works in the Life Dept at FIG as an Administrative Associate. She is responsible for providing the marketers with updated underwriting and product information from carriers, run weekly reports for the marketers on their pending and issued business, helping agents with any commission issues and also inforce policies.  Shannon’s main goal in this position is to help the marketers grow their business and provide them with the most up to date products. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
