Shannon is a long time resident of Charlotte, NC. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to working at FIG, she was a Customer Service Clerk at Harris Teeter. Shannon currently works in the Life Dept at FIG as a life case manager. She is responsible for processing life applications, and providing agents with status of their applications. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
