Stephanie moved here recently from West Palm Beach, Florida. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a BA degree in Psychology. Stephanie works in the Life Department at FIG as a Life Case Manager. In this role, she is responsible for processing new business applications, speaking with carriers to make sure that applications are processed in a timely fashion, and staying in contact with agents to give frequent updates. Her primary goal is to ensure that the entire process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, all while providing excellent customer service. During her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
