Tracia graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Education. Upon graduation, Tracia taught learning disabled students in a private school in Winston-Salem, and was eventually promoted to Assistant Principal. She left that position to assist in the creation of the elementary school curriculum at another private school in Winston-Salem that also specializes in teaching learning disabled students.
Previously, Tracia served as the Projects Coordinator at Financial Independence Group. In her role as Director of Administrative Services, Tracia is responsible for overseeing the operations of the administrative departments at FIG. These departments include Contracting, Case Managers and the front desk. She works with departmental Team Leads to assess current policies and procedures in the various departments and oversees the implementation of changes to ensure efficiency and the outstanding customer service for which FIG is known. In addition, she also oversees FIG’s Corporate Events Specialist and many of FIG’s events such as the FIG’s Annual Qualifying Agent Incentive Trip and FIG’s Annual Golf Invitational.
