Andrea joined FIG's Annuity Case Management team in 2011.  In this role, she is responsible for reviewing annuity new business and handling all communication between home offices and agents. She processes applications as thoroughly as possible, thus ensuring when new business is submitted, it is in good order and can be quickly issued for FIG’s valued agents. She also gathers and mails popular carrier marketing materials to agents, in preparation for writing business with prospective clients, and reports case status to agents. 

Andrea attended Jackson State University and then finished her studies at Strayer University. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management. She also has a Master’s of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, baking, shopping and watching movies.
