Brandy joined the FIG team in 2011 as an Annuity Case Manager. In this role, she utilizes the skills learned during her 10 years in customer service to ensure new business applications are processed in a timely and accurate manner. She also promptly handles supply requests for agents and reports case status to agents until policies are issued.

Prior to joining FIG, Brandy worked with Food Lion, LLC, in the Human Resources and Accounting Departments. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from UNC-Greensboro in Dance Studies and Psychology. Brandy resides with her husband, Brad, and their two boxers, Becks and Silvie. Her interests include theatre, art, travelling and landscape work.
