In 2011, Kayla joined Financial Independence Group’s Annuity Case Management team. In this capacity, Kayla is responsible for processing annuity new business applications, ensuring applications are completed accurately so as not to delay policy issue for our agents and clients. She also maintains up-to-date supplies for agent marketing efforts, distributing those much-needed materials to agents, and tracks case progression until policy issue. Kayla enjoys utilizing skills learned during her six years in customer service to ensure annuity cases are handled in the most professional and timely manner as possible.
