Producer Paycheck - Producer's Club Level (1.5% = $1,500)*
This is a paycheck for you on top of your commissions. Over the next 12 months, FIG will invest millions of dollars in our Producer Paycheck Reward Program. Personal Profit Sharing (PPS)
You will start to earn Personal Profit Sharing points based on your calendar year paid production through FIG's approved carriers. Every $1,000,000 in paid annuity production or $100,000 of target Life/LTC/DI premium qualifies you for one Personal Profit Sharing point (partial points will not be earned). FIG will total your points at the end of the year, and we will pay you $1,000 for each point that you have earned. On top of that, we will allow you to carry over your points for 3 years.

400,000 CPCs – Diamond Club

$4 million in Annuity or $400,000 in Life, LTC, or DI business or any combination of any Annuity, Life, LTC or DI premium.

Program Guidelines:

Advisor's Advantage is an annual benefit program provided to FIG producers rewarding multiple levels of production. To participate in the Advisor's Advantage Program, the agent must be actively contracted with FIG. The enrollment form must be returned to participate in the program. Production tracking begins on the date the enrollment form is returned. Eligibility for the benefits at each level (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Club) is based on the agent having met the specified paid premium amounts for each club level. Reimbursements and rewards will be distributed to the agent only after the production amount is paid. This program is for the writing agent at TOP GA contracts only. **Agents participating in the Mentor Program, VA program, The Practice, and/or CPR are not eligible for FIG value added incentive marketing programs or reimbursements. All monetary benefits and services of the Advisor's Advantage programs are subject to taxes. You will receive a 1099 form at the end of the calendar year from FIG. This program may exclude any business with Annexus Group, Aviva LSA Product and Midland. Exclusions could be changed through out the year.
