They will continue serving as board members and will remain diligent in their mentorship of FIG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>As the transition occurs, Jim Cooper, Mike Mullan, and Brian Williams have been appointed new roles as Co-Chief Executive Officers to continue ensuring the future success of FIG. \u201cWe have always led the company by consensus which has been extremely effective,\u201d said Founders, Dr. Bill and Ericka Cain. \u201cAs such, we have asked Jim Cooper, Mike Mullan, and Brian Williams to assume the roles of Co-Chief Executive Officers to continue to lead the company down a path of success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Bill and\nEricka Cain said, \u201cThese three men have proven their strong leadership\nabilities and diverse viewpoints is the optimal leadership plan for years to\ncome.\u201d They added, \u201cRest assured, we are not going anywhere! We are and will\nremain active with the company as it\u2019s our passion and driver.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FIG will also\nbe conducting a search for a new Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer\nto replace Cooper and Mullan, respectively. However, FIG\u2019s Director of Software\nEngineering, Arron Price, will replace Williams as FIG\u2019s Chief Operating Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cToday, we\ncongratulate and welcome Arron Price as FIG\u2019s new COO.
